As such, he frequently partners with and assists the Department of Defense, federal civilian agencies, state & local government, and higher education institutions on a variety of technology projects and creative solutions to complex business problems.
Dave Kelly also served eight years as the Editor and Chief of the Michigan Trooper Magazine and is, himself, an accomplished writer. Aside from writing a regular column for the Michigan Trooper, Dave has published stock market and finance related articles on The Street, Benzinga, and Seeking Alpha and his short fiction is available on Amazon. Dave’s first memory of writing success was winning a young author’s award in the 4th grade. Ever since that day, Dave has been writing on his diverse expertise and interests.
As such, David Kelly continues to leverage his writing skills in crafting impactful thought leadership articles that resonate with public sector technology professionals. From emerging law enforcement technology to data science and machine learning, from data management and business intelligence, to cloud computing, Dave shares his experience in delivering technology projects as a former government technology innovator and current private sector technology leader. Dave provides ideas, solutions, and lessons learned on diverse technology topics all aimed at operationalizing data to actionable intelligence. Dave’s writing on technology can be found on The Street, Seeking Alpha, the Information Builders’ blog, LinkedIn, and on Catalysts Minus Headwinds. You can also visit his Twitter and his Amazon Author Page for more musings!
Dave Kelly is also an avid stock trader. He has been managing his own portfolio for over twenty years and has implemented a swing trading process steeped in sound risk management strategies. When he is not writing, Dave can be found researching the latest trends in technology, studying stock market price movements, and playing poker. Dave can be found writing on these topics as well at Catalysts Minus Headwinds.
